Paris turns 27 on February 17th. So everyday this month is her birthday party!!! [At least in her mind.]
Here she is last night at the clubs in LA celebrating her birthday. And apparently also celebrating poor fashion.
Pink hair extensions, Wizard of Oz style ruby red high heels, and tights that look like wallpaper circa 1973.

hahhhaha i love that outfit. wow paris hilton obviously thinks she can pull everything off, and thats something im afraid she cant.
Paris Hilton could wear a costume from the 'Benefit of Mr. Kite - The Blue People' part of "Across the Universe", and I'd still tax it.
