Jimmy Wayne Twitter trouble

Country star Jimmy Wayne has become pretty obsessed with Twitter, updating it nonstop and taking random pictures to post for his fans so they can see where he's at. But he says it's also gotten him in a little trouble, which he gives the deets on in the quote below.

I want to bring fans closer into where I am on the road. Sometimes I'm in an airport lying on the floor, and I'm like, 'Oh you gotta see this.' So I send it out over my phone and it reaches everybody all over the world. No matter where they are, they can be with you -- it's fun! Sometimes it's a mistake, and you can't erase a picture once it's up. I've been called by the record company more than once for putting up stuff. For instance, when I Twittered, 'Hey guys, this is what it looks like when I'm not in my underwear,' and I took a picture of my underwear. It got millions of hits though!

Jimmy Wayne gives a makeover

Country star Jimmy Wayne decided it was time to give an Extreme Home Makeover. He joined the cast of the hit show to help rebuild a Montgomery, Alabama home. Jimmy said he was really surprised at how much went into the show and into the whole process itself.

I never would have imagined there would be so much activity going on behind the scenes. They literally took up 2-4 blocks with motor homes, bulldozers and Porta-Jons! There were tons of people working, even a massage therapist was on site (lots of sore backs) ... It was an awesome feeling knowing that so many volunteers were involved, especially during a time when people are struggling so hard. It shows how selfless people can still be.

Always awesome to see the superstars and celebs giving back.

Jimmy Wayne gets near naked at airport

Country star Jimmy Wayne put on a little strip show at an Oakland airport over the weekend, and almost got arrested for it.

Apparently, Jimmy was exhausted and kept trying to get through the metal detector, but it kept going off. He was wearing a sweatshirt, t-shirt, and shorts. He eventually had to take off the sweatshirt and necklace he had on, but it still went off. That's where it gets funny.

Jimmy said he could've sworn he heard the security officer tell him to take his shorts off. So he went over to the X-ray conveyor belt, took his shorts off, and started going through the metal detector again in nothing but a t-shirt and boxers. Apparently, the security guard flipped out, cuffed him, and questioned him (while Jimmy was still in just his boxers) for 30 minutes before letting him go.

Moral of the story kids: Keep your pants on in public places.
