In a move we totally all saw coming, Eddie Cibrian has filed for divorce from his wife of 8 years Brandi Glanville. She seemed like she was expecting it too, considering all she had to say was that Eddie and LeAnn Rimes are "going on vacation this weekend to Mexico...I'm looking forward to seeing those pictures."

I'll put money down that they're going to make a sex tape down there. Seriously, $100....who's in?

David Alan Grier custody

David Alan Grier, who's in the middle of a divorce from his wife Christine after she filed last month, is battling his wife on the custody agreement for their 1-year-old daughter Luisa. Christine filed for sole custody, but David is firing back and trying to get joint custody for the both of them. He's also trying to get Christine's request for spousal support denied.

Man sh*t like this makes me wanna just be a playa, crush a lot, and never get married.

Sean Penn Robin Wright Penn divorce

Well, keeping in stride with their "we're getting a divorce" trend they roll with every few months, Sean Penn and his wifey are getting a divorce again. This time around though, it may be legit. Robin filed the papers this time, going with the same "irreconcilable differences" deal that they've used every other time they were divorcing. Robin then talked about the split in an interview with More magazine.

I hit that crossroad a while ago --- for Robin, the 'I know what I don't want' was flashing in neon lights. I have no regrets. I, we, have two amazing children we raised together. There's clarity of life now. I think I've always been a follow-the-leader with my career, or maybe waiting for things to happen. Now I'm like, 'I'm OK --- I know the direction, whoever's on board can go with me.'

Totally hoping this is a legit thing, because I'm getting pretty sick and tired of writing sh*t about their divorce, then saying "Oh they were just kidding" a month later. Either do it or not you a-holes.

Tracy Morgan divorce

Tracy Morgan filed for divorce from his wife of 23 years, Sabina, over the weekend, even though they've been separated for about 8 years now. One of Tracy's friends said that it was a long time coming, and that it seems like Tracy has a new girlfriend every 5 months or so.

Uhh, if I was a funny guy that starred in a TV show that wins a sh*t ton of awards, had girls crawling all over me, and was single, I'd have new flavors of the week all the time.

Johnny Knoxville divorce

Johnny Knoxville is officially divorced from his wife of 12 years, Melanie Clapp, after everything was finalized yesterday in court. Johnny (whose real name is actually Philip John Clapp...which I had NO idea about) has to fork over $6,000 to Melanie every month in child support for their 13-year-old daughter Madison. They split everything down the middle (including agreeing on joint custody of Madison), with Melanie getting a piece of profits from Jackass and the Dukes of Hazzard movie, while Johnny gets to keep his 1970 Cadillac El Dorado, 1989 Mercedes Benz, and 2002 Toyota Landcruiser.

Hogan divorce finalized

After months of fighting and low-blows to each other through the media, Hulk and Linda Hogan's divorce has been finalized. Both didn't wait too long after separating to start dating someone new -- Hulkster went with someone who looks like his daughter (which is awkward) while Linda went with someone younger than her kids (more awkward.) They've talked sh*t about each other over time, but at the beginning and end of the settlement hearing, Linda gave Hulk a kiss on the cheek.

If I just took a good few millions away from my ex, I'd probably kiss them on the cheek, too.

Edward Furlong Rachael Bella divorce

Former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Rachael Bella wants out of her marriage with Terminator 2 star Edward Furlong. Rachael filed for divorce after only 3 years, and is also going for sole custody and spousal support for their 2 1/2 year-old son Ethan.

THAT dude played John Connor? Seriously? He looks like f*cking sh*t run over twice now! Rachael is pretty cute though...if you dig that whole "I'm super constipated" look.

Kelly Rutherford on divorce

Just a couple of weeks ago, Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Helena. Well, she's already cashing in on the first images of the newborn by giving an interview and pic rights to Life & Style mag. During the interview, she talked about going from feeling like Daniel Girsch was the only one for her to why she left him while she was 3 months pregnant.

I met this person, I fell in love with him and I wished for the best... He was charming in the beginning. Then, things turned south and it was pretty obvious we weren't getting along. I just didn't want [Hermés] to go through anything he didn't have to. I stayed until I couldn't stay any longer, even though I knew things were rough. I wanted to be sure. When you have a child with someone, I think you have to be able to look at them and say, 'I did everything I could,' before you realize it's time to move on. When I found out I was pregnant, I thought, Oh, maybe things will be nice, maybe it will be calm. But it wasn't. Things only got more intense.

I kinda think Kelly sucks. Whether or not you're going through a messy-ass divorce with your husband or not, she didn't call Daniel to let him know she went into labor, and she didn't let him be there for the birth of his daughter. He found out through sites like this one on the Internet. Lemme say that again...HE FOUND OUT HIS DAUGHTER WAS BORN ON THE INTERNET. So in my opinion? Kelly is a total bitch.

Jon and Kate Gosselin divorcing

On last night's Jon and Kate Plus 8, we found out what we all knew was coming -- Jon and Kate Gosselin are both filing for divorce. The announcement came after a ridiculous amount of promos of some "big announcement that would change the lives of the entire family" -- all I'm saying is it's about f*cking time. Kate's an attention whore bitch, and I'm sick and tired of having to blog about them every 5 minutes.

Kate said the show will definitely go on so she can support her kids (and by her kids, we know she means her big ass ego), and Jon apparently will also stay on-board with the show, which will now be filmed separately. On top of that, the next episode won't air until Aug 3, as TLC wants to give the family time to deal with everything. Kate said she doesn't think the show caused the split -- I think she's f*cking crazy.

Billy Joel divorce

Billy Joel is getting divorced for the third time in 27 years, this time to his unbelievably hot 27-year-old wife Katie Lee. They got married just about 5 years ago in October of 2004. They released a joint statement saying that they were splitting up, but remaining close friends. The reason for the split is just their age difference (he's 60), which has caused problems with their interests. Katie loves going out in the city while Billy would rather relax on Long Island with his motorcycles.

Can someone tell me how in the blue hell you can find someone that's old enough to be your father sexy enough to date? I mean, obviously all signs point to marrying for money, but still -- you couldn't pay me enough to bang a 60-year-old chick (unless she's somehow SUPER hot) in order to get money. James Van Der Beek gets divorced

Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek just hit the singles' market after divorcing his wife of six years, Heather McComb. They split about 2 months ago, but are apparently still remaining good friends.

Wow. That means the only Dawson's star in a successful marriage is Katie Holmes. Welcome to the 8th layer of hell, peeps.

Nas won't give Kelis spousal support

I threw up a post a couple of weeks ago talking about how Nas and Kelis are calling it quits. Meanwhile, Kelis is 8 months pregnant and she's actually the one that filed for divorce. She requested child support, spousal support, and joint custody of their unborn child. Nas seems like he'll be a good father, because he has no problem with giving child support or sharing joint custody, but he has a huge problem with giving spousal support. He asked the judge to deny Kelis' request for spousal support, and also requested that she pay her own legal fees. No word on the judge's decision yet.

Why the hell does Kelis need spousal support? Because she hasn't had a big hit since Milkshake? I can see the child support and I totally agree with it. But spousal support? I just don't get it -- get off your ass and get a job instead of trying to mooch money off of your soon-to-be ex-husband. (And for the record, I'd say that about a guy trying to get money from a girl, too.)

Nas and Kelis are getting a divorce

Nas and Kelis have been married since 2003. Nas and Kelis are expecting a baby in a couple of months. Nas and Kelis won't be together for that birth. It seems like a mega shocking move (at least to me, since they seem so happy in pics), but Kelis filed for divorce yesterday, going with the ole "irreconcilable differences" reasoning.

I'm actually kinda sad for 'em. They just seemed like a good fit together, ya know? Always seemed to look/act cute in public, which is saying a lot from me since I think Kelis is NOT good-looking in the least.

After 2 years of being married to Daniel Giersch, Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce. Not too big of a deal until you get to the icing on the cake -- she's 3 months pregnant with his child.
