Blink-182 postpones tour dates

After the sudden death of DJ AM (Adam Goldstein), Blink-182 has decided to cancel their next few tour dates so that drummer Travis Barker has time to grieve and get his mind straight before they head back out. They left an official statement about it on their website.

After much thought and consideration, Blink-182 has rescheduled their next two shows in order for Travis Barker to mourn the loss of his dear friend Adam Goldstein.

You gotta feel bad for this guy -- a year ago he barely survives a plane crash with the guy, and then he randomly finds out one of his best friends is found dead? Celebrity Dirt has your back, Travis!

Blink is back!!!

This has been out there for a while, but I screwed the pooch and didn't get a chance to post it right away (which actually means it slipped my mind.) There were rumors of a Blink-182 reunion for a while, then the fellas made it official when the presented an award together on stage at the GRAMMYs. They posted an official announcement on their website announcing their reunion.

Hi. We're Blink-182. This past week there've been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, We're back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy. Summer 2009. Thanks and get ready.
