Sara Evans obsessed with hubby

Sara Evans appeared on Good Morning America last week and spoke for the first time publicly since leaving her season of Dancing with the Stars to deal with her personal life (which included a horribly ugly divorce). She didn't talk about her ex or the divorce, but instead focused on her new marriage with former University of Alabama Quarterback Jay Barker.

I'm obsessed with Jay Barker. I adore him. I just stare at him all the time. I think he's so gorgeous. But, not only that -- he's so smart, and he's such a great father. I cannot believe that I get to share this with him, spend the rest of my life with him, be a stepmother to those amazing children. I mean, just all of it overwhelmed me. I cannot believe I found this man who loves me better than I've ever been loved before in my whole life.

Awesome for her. Her divorce was insanely ugly and very public, so it's good to see her bounce back and happy again, because she was pretty much a wreck this time last year. Sara and Jay were married back in May.

Sara Evans gets married again

Just one year after going through an insanely messy divorce that caused her to drop out of Dancing With the Stars, country singer Sara Evans tied the ole knot again with former University of Alabama quarterback Jay Barker.

Sara was walked down the aisle by her 8-year-old son Avery, while songwriter Marcus Hummon sang the hit he wrote for Rascal Flatts, God Bless the Broken Road. The newlyweds say the song really defines their relationship. Their first dance was to Chris Brown's With You.

Two things: 1) If you went through a messy divorce to the point where you couldn't dance on a show about washed-up celebrities dancing, why in the blue hell are you getting married again so soon?

2) How do you go from something as sappy and puke-worthy as God Bless the Broken Road, to With You? And how the hell do you slow dance to With You? Shy and awkward David Archuleta even brought out his hip hop groove when he covered the song on Idol!
