Former Philadelphia Phillies' and New York Mets' outfielder Lenny Dykstra filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in L.A. on Tuesday, saying he's $31 million in debt. Lenny, who is also a former All-Star, listed assets of $50,000 or less and liabilities of between $10 million and $50 million.
