Melissa Etheridge was a guest on The View yesterday and was slated to just talk about her new CD and perform a Christmas song, but it turned into a little mini-debate between Melissa and Elisabeth Hasselbeck about her stance on gay marriage. To Elisabeth's credit, she didn't get douchey and backed down to try and avoid a heated argument, then Sherri Shepherd saved her ass and squashed the debate, but it's still a bit entertaining.
