Brian Austin Green to "One Tree Hill"

It's looking like Brian Austin Green is going to make his return to regular series TV on One Tree Hill. Brian is in negotiations to play Clayton, who is going to be Nathan's rich ass agent that doubles as his best friend. The role would make Brian a series regular, which I'm sure broads won't mind.

Pretty good move by the show considering they're losing two of their biggest stars in Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton.

Sad news for One Tree Hill fans -- Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton (who play Lucas and Payton -- who actually just got married on the last aired show) are leaving the show after next week's season finale due to failed contract negotiations. While that's probably sucky news for fans, there IS an upside. We got word that they're promoting Austin Nichols to a series regular, and also bringing in THREE new characters.

I have no idea who either of the three new cast members will be, but I have feeling at least one of them will probably be a decently big name.

"One Tree Hill" star Antwon Tanner arrested for scam

Antwon Tanner plays basketball star Skills Taylor on One Tree Hill, but now he'll be playing nothing but "paddle yourself up the river" after being arrested for "intent to defraud." Antwon was arrested yesterday in connection with a Social Security card scam after he "knowingly and intentionally" transferred Social Security cards. He turned himself into police yesterday morning and was in court yesterday afternoon.

Here's what I don't get. If you're an actor, on a popular TV show -- why the hell do you need to pull a Social Security scam to get more money? Douchebag.

Sophia may be cheating on me

My celebrity girlfriend, Sophia Bush, may be cheating on me!

She was seen getting awful cozy the other night at the clubs with her One Tree Hill co-star, James Lafferty.

Spies saw the two snuggled up in the corner of the club, her hand resting on his thigh.

I have to go now... and rip up my shoebox full of pictures of Sophia... with my face scotch taped next to her. Those were great times.
