Not celebrity news, but sorta interesting

For those of you that think big corporations don't really care about its clients, think again. Apparently, Brandon Crisp, a 15-year-old kid that lives in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, ran away from his home after his father took his XBox 360 away from him after his attitude started to change from playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. He hasn't been seen or heard from since October 13. Microsoft (who makes the XBox) has posted a reward of $25,000 for his return. Check out what his dad says about it all.

This is such an issue that hits every parent out there, with video games that are starting to control our kids' lives.

No, I'm sorry Mr. Crisp, but that's bullsh*t. My 14-year-old cousin has that SAME GAME, and his attitude isn't changing. How about instead of blaming a video game console, you own up to your own mistakes. My aunt and uncle are kick ass parents, which is why my cousin still has a good head on his shoulders. Why don't you try parenting your kid a little more instead of looking for someone/something else to take the fall.

"No Tomorrow"? I Wish There Was 'No Today'.

...As in, I wish I never watched/heard/remotely knew about this video. (A quick disclaimer. I don't necessarily think this song / video is that bad. However it's the wonderfully awkward Randy Jackson parts and anything after 3:24 that make it darn near silly.) Ah-so soy sauce, without further ado.... Paula Abdul's triumphant come....back (?) "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow".

Facebook chump gets low ratings

On Sunday nights, 60 Minutes on CBS averages 14.3 million viewers each week. I'm usually one of the 14.3 mill. It makes me feel smart, plus I like to see how long Andy Rooney's eyebrows are this week.

This past week 60 Minutes featured a piece on Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg... and garnered the lowest rating in 60 Minutes history! I guess the potential viewers were too busy with their face in their laptops.

Now if it were a geeked-out battle to the death between Mark Zuckerberg and Tom from Myspace, it would have been a totally different story.

60 Minutes still beat out NBC's telecast of the Golden Globes press conference -- which was as interesting to watch as watching a small person kick you in the groin.
