After serving his time in jail for dog fighting, Michael Vick was reinstated into the NFL by commissioner Roger Goddell just 2 weeks ago. Last night during the New England Patriots/Philadelphia Eagles preseason game, it was announced that Vick had signed a 2-year-deal with the Eagles, which means he'll be Donovan McNabb's backup QB...well, until Donovan f*cks up like usual and Vick takes over.

Either way, don't expect to hear the following song whenever a TD is scored by the Eagles:

Gloria Estefan buying Miami Dolphins

When Chad Pennington and the Miami Dolphins take the field this fall, they'll be calling singer Gloria Estefan by the name "boss." Gloria is buying a small stake in the team once they merge with Miami Sound Machine and Margaritaville, considering she's a Miami Sound Machine artist. The official announcement will come on Thursday.

Former NFL player Pio Sagapolutele dies

Pio Sagapolutele, who played pro football in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots, and New Orleans Saints, died on Sunday after a massive heart attack and stroke. He was only 39. No other details are available, but our thoughts and prayers go out to Pio's family and friends.

2 NFL players missing

Two NFL players are missing after a fishing trip gone wrong. There were 4 boaters all together, and 2 players, Corey Smith of the Detroit Lions and Marquis Cooper of the Oakland Raiders, haven't been seen or heard from since the trip. They were reported to be 50 miles off shore in a 21-foot boat during horrible weather conditions.
