Meg White gets married

It wasn't too long ago when I posted a story about Meg White from The White Stripes getting engaged to her boyfriend Jackson Smith. Turns out it was a pretty quick engagement -- Meg and Jackson were married last night in the backyard of her bandmate, Jack White.

I wonder how awkward that was -- getting married in your ex-husband's backyard? At least they're still friends, but still...awkward. Either way, congrats Meg!

We wanna send a big congratulations to Meg White of the White Stripes, who recently became engaged to her boyfriend of over a year, guitarist Jackson Smith. Meg and Jackson are making it a pretty quick engagement, though, setting their wedding date to next Friday, May 22. They're going to get married in a small, private ceremony in Nashville.
