After 2 years of being married to Daniel Giersch, Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce. Not too big of a deal until you get to the icing on the cake -- she's 3 months pregnant with his child. It will be the second kid for the soon-to-be former couple, who already have a son named Hermes.
I know exactly why Kelly filed for divorce. No man should cross their legs like Daniel is in this picture. Ew.
