A topless picture of Britney Spears surfaced over the weekend, which is what you're looking at above. The pic is from her 2007 shoot of Gimme More (and you can tell it's from 2007 since she looks like hell in it.) Sadly, there's no nippleage shown, but hey...take what you can get.
Then again, maybe she's saving us from another hideous sight like her box. I STILL have nightmares after seeing the pics of that thing.
