On Monday morning, you may have heard reports about an SUV colliding with a Greyhound bus in Canada and getting completely destroyed. The crash killed one person and injured two others. It turns out that the woman that was killed was pro golfer Chris Smith's wife Beth, and the two people that were injured were his 16-year-old daughter Abigail and his 12-year-old son Cameron. Apparently, Abigail was the one driving and ended up losing control of the SUV. She tried correcting it but couldn't, and ended up crossing the median and hitting the Greyhound bus (which was carrying the London Ontario Silverbacks football team) head-on.
Cameron ended up breaking his a leg and arm, had abdominal injuries and ended up being burned on his legs and arms. Abigail broke her pelvis, had cuts to both hands and burns, too. But even worse, she's going to have the memory of being the one that was driving when she got into the accident than killed her mother. I feel bad for the girl, because it'll stay with her for the rest of her life. R.I.P. Beth.
