It's VERY possible. Apparently, Patrick's wife Lisa "promised through tears" that she would give her husband a child. She's working on adopting a child right now and is dead set on naming the child Patrick (assuming Pat and Lisa adopt a son.) This story hasn't been confirmed, but if it's true, we wish the Swayze's the best of luck!
