Simon Cowell kept wondering why he was running into the same paparazzi everywhere, and he finally found out why. He discovered that someone put a tracking device on his car, which he got "freaked out" by, and rightfully so. Sources say he's seriously contemplating turning to the police for help, and I can't really blame him. Paps are total douchebags, and I understand they're just doing a job and making a living, but there's a fine line between taking pictures and stalking.
