You can stop worrying. There absolutely no celebrity treatment going on for 17-year-old Nick Hogan.
Nick was in court yesterday with his lawyers trying to end his solitary confinement, but was rejected by the judge overseeing the case. Nick's lawyers claimed that he was experiencing "unbearable anxiety" due to being separated from the rest of the cellmates because he's a minor. Nick spends up to 17 hours alone in his cell.
Hmm Nick Hogan is upset that he's not getting to spend time with the other cellmates? I bet he likes to drop the soap...
