Britney Spears heads home

Britney Spears has decided to head home to Louisiana for a little vacation before she starts hitting it hard to promote her newest album Circus, which drops in a little under a month on December 2. The bigger news, though, is that she brought her sons with her on the trip.

It marks the first time that Britney has been able to bring Sean Preston and Jayden James out of California since losing a custody battle to her Father of the Year ex-husband Kevin Federline. (For the record, it still boggles my mind how he was named Father of the Year, but whatever.)

For as much crap as I've given her along the way, it really is great to see her have her sh*t together and getting to be a mother to her children. Good for her!!
