Beyonce has said she would love to perform at the Inauguration Ceremony for President Barack Obama in January.
I'm there. I can't wait. I feel like all of us, we're ready to do whatever we have to do. Whatever they want -- if they need me to volunteer, they need me to sing, I'm there, and I'm ready.
Beyonce was actually supposed to be in Japan on Election Day to promote her new album I Am...Sasha Fierce, but decided she needed to be in America for the very important day. She said she fell asleep crying after Obama's win, and woke up smiling with mascara all over her face.
