As of yesterday afternoon, Lil' Wayne is now a Lil' Daddy. Weezy's son, Dwayne Carter III, was born at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati to Wayne and an unknown girl. Rumors were swirling that R&B star Nivea was the mother, but new rumors say it's a fan named Sarah who met him at a show, then travelled with him for the rest of his tour.
Either way, congrats to Wayne and his mystery baby momma!
