The statutory rape train has been derailed -- Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston are calling it quits after a year. They haven't really come out and officially confirmed it, but both of them have been Tweeting some emo cryptic messages that's making it pretty apparently they're over. Miley started making posts on Sunday, saying, "my heart is in two ... and it's all because of you. a song i am starting to write :)" then later on added "why does saying good-bye hurt so much?" and "daddys giving me therapy." On Monday morning, she threw up, "life will go on. you will smile again ... we will smile again." About 30 minutes later, Justin ended up posting this message: "How many tears are in there? They've gotta run out soon right?"
A lot of people are saying it had to do with Miley getting close with Nick Jonas again. They've been working on music together a lot lately, but have also been becoming closer friends again, which Justin was actually cool with as long as it didn't go past a friendship. Either way, I don't really think people give a rats ass about Miley and Justin anymore anyway, since we haven't talked about them in forever.
