Ya know, just when Britney Spears' life is back on track and she's got her shiznit together, her mother has to try and butt in. Lynne's been pretty outspoken in saying that Brit and Kevin Federline should work things out and stay together for the kids.

Since the last video I posted of this didn't work, I found another video of the aftermath of the plane crash involving Travis Barker and DJ AM last weekend. You can actually hear Travis pleading the officer for help, which makes this story that much more sad. Check it out right here.

Clay Aiken speaking out!

For those early birds out there, Clay Aiken will be talking to Diane Sawyer at some point this morning on Good Morning America about finally coming out of the closet. If you'll remember, he flipped out on her a few years ago during an interview when she questioned his sexuality.

"Gossip Girl" star dressing too sexy?

15-year-old Taylor Momsen, who plays Jenny Humphrey on Gossip Girl, got some flack for wearing this dress to the Metropolitan Opera the other day. People are saying the whole low neckline is inappropriate for someone so young, but I really don't see anything wrong with it (and that's not me just being a guy.)

Britney Spears' new one, Womanizer, was supposed to drop yesterday, but it's been pushed back so that producers could finalize the audio mix. Hey, can't blame them for wanting their girl to sound good for the 2nd coming of her comeback.

Oh, and a little more Britney news -- she's performing Womanizer on the UK show The X Factor (yes, Simon Cowell's show) in December.

Kanye and Kimmel go muppet crazy

Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel are teaming up for a show that's been described as "hip hop meets the Muppets." With Jimmy's Jackhole productions, Kanye will join Chicago rapper Rhymefest as executive producer of Alligator Boots, a comedy sketch show that features music produced and performed by the two rappers.

Jenny Lewis loves the bathroom

Jenny Lewis, the frontwoman for Rilo Kiley, said that she does her best song writing while she's in public bathrooms.

Normally I'd think that's weird, but I do my best thinking while on the pooper, so I completely understand what she means. And if that was TMI, deal with it :)

My Bloody Valentine makes ears bleed

In the first American performance in 16 years, My Bloody Valentine brought the house down (almost literally) at ATP at Kutshers Catskills resort (90 mins from NYC) yesterday. Apparently, their set was so loud that the management had people sign contracts stating they weren't responsible for hearing loss, and they were passing earplugs out at the show.

That's pretty frickin loud if they had to sign contracts and pass out earplugs!

Portia de Rossi wants to change her name

Just weeks after marrying Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi says she is changing her name to Portia DeGeneres very soon.

Excellent. I'm such a huge Ellen fan and I really have no idea why, but awesome for them.

Meg Ryan says ex-husband cheated

Meg Ryan is finally coming out about her failed marriage to actor Dennis Quaid, saying that he was pretty unfaithful to her for a while in the marriage. But while she's throwing him under the bus, she's taking some of the blame, too, saying that she isn't a victim because she was in the marriage for a long time.

One of the rumors about the reason for their divorce was because she was getting pretty close to Australian ass-kicker Russell Crowe, but she said that had nothing to do with it and she even broke ole Russell's heart.

No worries, though. She's actually pretty happy with her life now and loves living under the radar. (For the record, it took a few minutes for me to find a picture where Meg looks hot. She didn't really look fantastic in some of her more recent pics, but I applaud her for not botoxing it up.)

Lindsay Lohan admits to dating Samantha Ronson

Apparently, yesterday was the day for stars to come out of the closet. Lindsay Lohan finally admitted that her and Samantha Ronson are dating. Sam was a guest on Loveline to talk about the whole Travis and DJ AM incident, and she ended up putting Lindsay on the phone to talk about it, too.
While on the phone, Stryker kept talking about LiLo and SamRo being together, and after side-stepping it a few times, Linds finally admitted they're together. You can check out the audio here. (By the way, Sam sounds NOTHING like I thought she would.)
