Last October, Gerard Butler ended up getting into a scuffle with a paparazzo after a premiere party for RockNRolla. The story goes like this: Gerard had no other choice but to tell his driver to stop his car after a paparazzo kept running through red lights in order to keep up with Gerard's car. The pap almost hit 2 pedestrians in the process, which caused Gerard to get out and pop the guy in the mouth a few times. He faces up to six months in jail.
Why? WHY does HE face jail time when there was a douchebag photographer driving like a jackass almost running people over just for a couple pics? Gotta love when people who take a stand and do the right thing end up getting punished.
