Mark Wahlberg hospitalized

Mark Wahlberg was brought to Massachusetts General Hospital on Friday morning after he woke up and was gasping for air. The breathing issues were caused by a scene he filmed for his new flick The Fighter, where a smoke machine was used for effects and he inhaled too much. They hooked Mark up to a breathing machine to clear out his lungs and he was back on set later that day.

On his son: He and his fiance Rhea Durham decided to name the little fella Brendan, after St. Brendan. He said being a father to a newborn again is awesome, but there's little sleep. Not that he minds.

On his wedding: Mark and Rhea are finally tying the knot next August. It's going to be a pretty simple wedding -- Catholic church, family only, and NO photos sold to any magazines.

Ya know, Mark seems like a pretty cool guy, and I already know his brother Donnie is (yes, THAT Donnie) because I've met him. I'm pretty sure anyone with the last name Wahlberg is good people.

Mark Wahlberg getting sued

Marky Mark Wahlberg is getting sued by his ex-bodyguard, Leonard Taylor, for $20,000 for services rendered. Coincidentally, Taylor sued Mark-Dubz seven years ago for $2 million, saying that Wahlberg assaulted him.

If my bodyguard sucked so bad that after I fired him he couldn't get a job being a bodyguard for anyone for seven years, I'd assault him, too.
