After last month's Vanity Fair hit store shelves and people saw a lot more of Miley Cyrus than expected, her father Billy Ray has finally broken his silence about his daughter and the infamous bare-back picture.
The thing you got to look at in life, whether you're an entertainer or whether you're a farmer, whatever you do in life, there's going to be peaks and valleys. I think one of the things my dad taught me and hopefully I instilled in Miley, is that when you get knocked down, you've got to get back up because it's not going to do any good to lie on the ground and cry about it. I think she has a lot to be proud of. I think the positive far outweighs the negative.
Yeah Miley, like Daddy said, it's not going to do any good to lie on the ground and cry about it. So take pics of yourself in your underwear and post them on Myspace instead!
