American Express is suing Courtney Love for $352,059.67 in unpaid fees and charges on her AmEx Gold, Centurion, and Platinum cards. You'd think she's floating up Sh*t's Creek without a paddle, but her lawyer fired right back at AmEx and pretty much called them dumbasses, saying that there's 104 credit cards taken out in Courtney's name.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that nobody takes out 104 credit cards. AmEx knows the claim has no merit. We have told them this for a long time. AmEx's law policies allowed fraudulent transactions to be charged to my client's card.
AmEx sucks buffalo balls.
