Hayden Panettiere finally went public with her brand spankin' new relationship with British TV star Steve Jones, who happens to be 13 years older than her (she's 19, he's 32.) They were seen together on a yacht in Cannes on Tuesday with a few friends. Steve is known as a huge British playboy, having been linked to Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, and Halle Berry.
Hayden likes the older guys, huh? Steve's a lucky bastard though...Hayden looks SA-WEET in a bikini.
