It's becoming a little more clear why Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard randomly got married to her photographer boyfriend Sacha Brown earlier this month after a brief engagement. She just came out and announced that she's 5 months pregnant. The interesting part here is the timeline of how everything went down. Amanda and Sacha became engaged at the end of December. Like I said, she's 5 months along now. Anyone smell what I'm cookin'?
They got engaged because she got knocked up!! No Olympian in this country is gonna have an illegitimate child! In all seriousness though, congrats to Amanda and Sacha.
