Shanna Moakler handed in her resignation as the director of the Miss California USA pageant yesterday -- just a day after Donald Trump announced that Carrie Prejean would be able to keep her crown. Shanna said her reason for leaving is that she can't stay in a position for something she "no longer believes in."
I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth. I want to be a role model for young woman with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams.
Honestly, I'm starting to get as annoyed writing about Carrie as I do writing about Speidi. This shouldn't even be an issue anymore and shouldn't have been one in the first place. Perez Hilton asked her a question then whined like the little bitch he is when he didn't get the answer he wanted to hear. Like I said before -- I have just as much right to be in support of gay marriage as Carrie has to be in support of what her dumb blonde ass calls "opposite marriage." And as far as her topless pics go -- I think Cassie said it best. It's not like we haven't all seen a t*tty before.
