In a new biography called Patrick Swayze: One Last Dance, Patrick talks about not only his battle with cancer. He also talks about how since he's seeing the big picture about life right now, he has a few regrets about how he acted earlier in his life.
My big regret is the physical damage I've done to my body. I can do almost anything physically and I used to believe I was invincible, breaking bones over and over, playing football, doing gymnastics, diving, ballet, doing my own stunts, kick boxing, staging fights ... it all seems a little stupid to me now.I don't quite understand how being active and athletic can be seen as a regret, but I definitely can see what he means with the whole doing his own stunts and staging fights. Plus, believing you're invincible isn't always a bad thing.
