Conan O'Brien will be Jay Leno's final guest

Jay Leno's final guest on The Tonight Show will be his replacement, Conan O'Brien. Conan has been off air for weeks in preparation of taking over for Jay, with Jimmy Fallon taking over as Conan's replacement about a month ago (and some say he's failing miserably at it.) Jay also said that James Taylor will be performing, which makes it an all-Boston panel. Jay had nothing but good things to say about Conan and is happy about his replacement.

I'm glad that it's going to Conan, it couldn't go to a better person. He's the guy, we're friends, and it's a really smooth transition.

Of course, Jay will still set the table for Conan once he moves to the prime time slot of 10pm with a brand new show in the coming weeks. Either way, I really think this reeks of awesomeness, because as far as The Tonight Show goes, it's totally Jay passing the torch to Conan. Jay's really a classy, stand-up guy. With a huge chin.
