Scientologists everywhere are messing their pants right now, because they may see two of the biggest faces of the cult following on the big screen together. BFF's Tom Cruise and John Travolta may be starring in a re-make of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which was first made popular by Paul Newman and Robert Redford. Before Paul died, Tom got his blessing to re-make the film, and has planned on casting himself as Sundance and John as Butch Cassidy. Tom has been interviewing screenwriters to think they can re-capture the whole essence of the original movie, and friends say that re-make has been a "labor of love for Tom since he was 8."
I gotta say, I'd go see it. Tom and John dressed up as cowboys who rob banks nonstop? Why not? Just because their little following is kinda creepy doesn't mean they don't still kick ass on the silver screen.
