Marie Osmond has been keeping a dirty little secret out of total shame -- her daughter Jessica loves to see if the ladies' carpet matches the drapes. If you don't smell what I'm cookin', I'm telling you she's a lesbian, and it drives Marie crazy. Marie's always been pretty heavily involved in the Mormon way of life, and she was hoping Jess would marry a fella and have grandchildren that would be raised as Mormons. Instead, she's disappointed in her daughter, who has been with the same girl for the last 3 years. They actually consider themselves married even though it's not official.
I've never really been a fan of Marie. Something about her has just rubbed me the wrong way. And not that I'm gay, but I have friends that are, and I think the fact that she's disappointed in her daughter for obviously having a loving relationship with a woman is ridiculous. Not to mention..umm...gay people can have babies too, ya dumbass.

I think you need to check some facts. First, the source for this is THE GLOBE tabloid that makes a living out of lies. Second, if you read any of the comments to this story around the web (including on Perez's site), you'll see that it's rubbish. The statements in the article are easily disproven. Jessica lived in Las Vegas for part of 2008 with her Mom - according to interviews during that time. Even now, she accompanies Marie to events - one of which I attended a few weeks ago and watched them laughing and joking around. She helps Marie sometimes at her show. Three years ago would have included the time during "dancing with the stars" (Fall, 2007), when Jessica lived in Utah with her Mom and siblings and even appeared on some of the taped packages for the show. She continued to live with her Mom, according to interviews, through a lot of 2008. Marie talks about her daughter (not her sexuality, but funny mother-daughter stories) in her new book. Like I said, this is rubbish, and I personally think you should remove it. It borders on slander.
Sorry - one more thing. The idea that Marie is concerned about grandkids is especially ridiculous. She has 8 children - four girls. A bunch of her kids are adopted. She would be VERY open to her children adopting, and has said so in interviews. She will have plenty of biological grandkids, I'm sure, as well as probably some adopted. She would never freak out about one of her daughters not having children biologically - doesn't follow with her past actions.

As far as taking it down -- not gonna happen. We have as much right to post stories we hear about as The Globe and Perez do. But like I said, thank you for voicing out and feel free to do so more often!
