Steven Tyler is in a South Dakota hospital after taking a nasty spill off the stage he was on during a performance. Aerosmith was performing at the Sturgis Rally in South Dakota when he moved to the part of the staged called the "Buffalo Chip." That's when he fell right off and ended up being brought backstage. After looking him over, medics thought it'd be a good idea to send him to the hospital. We don't know exactly how bad he's hurt, but when we hear something, we'll let you know.
