Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt showed off Heidi's cover shot for the September issue of Playboy while they were on the red carpet for the G.I.JOE premiere the other day. She's covered in mud with a Playboy bunny drawn onto her. She said that she doesn't show any boob or vajayjay in the pics, but we'll find out when it hits newsstands soon.
