Miley Cyrus spends a LOT of her time out on tour, making public appearances, taping shows, going to events, and being pulled in a million different places at once.
Due to this (and due to the fact that she has a dad that wears sh*t-kickers 24/7), she has a hard time meeting boys. So she says she's turned to the internet for help:
“I need to cast one [a new boyfriend]. I check imdb.com and go through the new actors."
I wonder if she checks their resume and makes them fill out an application too.
