
Jada Pinkett Smith's new TV show that debuts tonight on TNT, HawthoRNe, has helped her make history while carrying on a legacy. The historic part of it all is the fact that Jada is one of the first black women to star in her own TV series in the past 35 years. And as far as the legacy she's contributing to -- she's joining a list of really noteable black actresses that have been cast in a caretaker role on TV. Check out the list that Jada joins below.
