The Drama Queen of All Media filed a lawsuit yesterday against Black Eyed Peas' manager Polo Molina for punching him in the face late Sunday night/early Monday morning at a club in Toronto. He's looking for more than $25,000 for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress while trying to protect his rights to free speech. Perez said that his eye was injured and bleeding, and his damage claims include medical costs and damages due to "humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress."
