Elisabeth Hasselbeck sued

A couple of months ago, Elisabeth Hasselbeck put out a book called The G Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide that contained info about how she's dealt with living with celiac disease, and also a bunch of different gluten-free recipes. Turns out, she may have been ripping off someone else's work and saying it was her own. Susan Hassett, a Massachusetts woman who authored Living with Celiac Disease, said that she sent Elisabeth a copy of her book, a homemade cooking video, a personal note, a newspaper article, and a business card last April. Susan is saying that Elisabeth used all of that info as her own.

No comment from the hottest chick on The View yet, but you know it's coming. She may be ridiculously sexy, but she can't bite her tongue.
