Congratulations goes out to Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, who are now the proud parents of twins! The babies were born this morning through their surrogate mother, who is doing well (along with the twin-pieces.) Sarah and Matt are still at the hospital and will make an official statement later on today.
