Kelly Osbourne told the Mirror in London that she can help Amy Winehouse put her jigsaw puzzle life back together when she's ready.

“I am the one people come to with their problems.”

“I talk straight. I don’t say: ‘Look Amy, you’re just fantastic.’ I say: ‘Amy you have a problem. I’m here when you are ready to deal with it.’”

“I’m not going to tell her to go to rehab. She’s not an idiot, she knows what her problem is.”
