Britney Spears failed to show up for her deposition hearing today which was the last straw for her lawyers. They left saying she refused to listen to their legal advice which ultimately sunk her case.
Also -- she has been seen with her new "friend" Dario Faiella.. they were seen going into the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs around 2 a.m. today and leaving at 7 a.m. .. hmmm-- I wonder what they could have been doing for 5 hours? Playing checkers.. ? I think not.
