The charges that were given to Kiefer Sutherland for headbutting fashion designer Jack McCullough a few months ago at the Met Gala have officially been dropped. On top of that, he's not in trouble for any violation of his probation for a DUI conviction.
I think it's pretty much next to impossible to prosecute a guy who headbutted a dude that pushed a woman down to the ground. And Jack is lucky that a headbutt is all he got.
