HUGE congratulations goes out to former Boston Red Sox great Jim Rice on not only his induction into the Hall of Fame that will happen on Sunday, but also on the honor of having his number retired by the Sox. At Fenway before Tuesday's game starts, the Sox will retire Jim's #14 jersey, making it the 7th number retired by the Sox.
The retirement of his number will be a fitting way to honor one of the most dominant hitters to ever wear a Red Sox uniform.
AWESOMENESS. It's been a long time coming for Jim, and he totally deserves it. Congrats!
