Usher had to cancel his performance at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy because of his wife, Tameka Foster. She's having complications from plastic surgery and is currently in Brazil. A neurosurgeon is actually making his way down to see Tameka and try to repair whatever complications she's having. No real details were given.
