The 5th season of Rescue Me hasn't even started yet (April 7th), and they're already on board for an 18-episode 6th season for next year. FX decided to keep the flame burning (pun intended) for the show and milk it for all it's worth.
Which is sa-weet because this show is totally kick ass.
