Debra Messing is out of work again, as USA decided to cancel The Starter Wife after only a whopping one season. The show bombed in the ratings and just wasn't good enough to stay alive.
Here's a little advertising lesson for USA -- don't promote your new shows that are gear toward ladies strictly during Monday Night RAW. It's mostly watched by men, and for the ladies that watch it...I really don't think they'd want to watch a chick-flickish show.
