If you thought that this whole mess with Michael Phelps ripping a hit from a bong in a picture was over after he apologized, think again. A South Carolina sheriff wants to charge Michael with a crime, either for smoking marijuana, possession of marijuana, or both.
This case is no different than any other case. This one might be a lot easier since we have photographs of someone using drugs and a partial confession. It's a relatively easy case once we can determine where the crime occurred.
I guess the cast of Saved by the Bell was right way back in the day... There's no hope with dope!!
