Tony Romo turned 28 over the weekend and was the envy of every man there. Miss Simpson was seen licking cake off the birthday boy's face and vice versa!! The all-star QB turned 28 and celebrated on Saturday with a party at Dallas' Suite nightclub.
Jess, per usual, serenaded the guest of honor with her version of Happy Birthday :) Did we miss a good time or what?!?!
