Holly Madison actually has her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner to thank for her landing Jewel's spot on Dancing with the Stars. When Hef found out that Jewel was out, he made the calls and hooked it up so Holly would take her place.
The question is, was Hef just being a nice guy, or is that his way of trying to possibly get her to come back to him?
